The Fire Risk, Protection, Governance & Disaster Management vertical under the Disaster Dynamics & Eco-Protection Specifics is being developed by B.A.P-I as a multidisciplinary research, policy, engineering, operational, and resilience-oriented knowledge ecosystem focused on strengthening India’s long-term fire safety and infrastructure protection architecture under the broader Viksit Bharat and Bharat National Resilience Infrastructure (BNRI) framework. The initiative recognises that fire risks are no longer confined to isolated building-level incidents alone, but increasingly intersect with industrial growth, urban expansion, logistics corridors, energy-transition systems, high-density infrastructure, hazardous manufacturing ecosystems, digital infrastructure facilities, transportation networks, climate-linked heat conditions, and strategically sensitive installations.
